Motorcycle Insurance

The state of Michigan requires that all of the motorcycle owners within its bounds have motorcycle insurance. Furthermore, the state has a few requirements that must be met in order for these motorists to be on the roads legally. Liability insurance is of the utmost importance to this state, and the coverage requirements are divided into three categories. The first category is bodily injury or death to an individual, which mandates at least $20,000 worth of coverage. For bodily injury or death involving more than one person in an accident, coverage must be $40,000. Finally, property damage must be covered in the amount of $10,000.
